Eager to dive into the origins of pre-17th Century cuisine, whether hands-on in the kitchen or in a classroom with others who share your passion? The Kingdom of Caid is excited to host the West Coast Culinary Symposium, happening April 25-27, 2025 at Camp de Benneville Pines.

This two-day event offers a rich blend of historical cooking classes, delicious food and of course our keynote speaker. Whether you’re staying for the full weekend or joining us just for Saturday, it’s the perfect chance to geek out about all things culinary and connect with fellow enthusiasts throughout the Known World.

Coming all the way from the EU, the keynote speaker for this year is Hanna Tunberg, author of “An Early Meal a Viking Age Cookbook and Culinary Odyssey.”
